V1CE Design Guidelines
Our in-house design team can create your cards for free. We will ask for your logo or design ideas after purchase, we'll handle the rest. You'll receive a proof for approval before production begins.
If you prefer to design your own cards, use our templates. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is needed to save your work in the correct format for printing.

Helpful Tips
Dimensions
Cards are printed edge to edge (54mm x 86mm). Do not include trim marks. Please don't include trim marks.
File Formats
Accepted file types (max 50mb): PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD, INDD.
CMYK
Printing is in CMYK only; no spot colors. Only V1CE Bamboo and Original Cards can be printed in CMYK.
Minimum Sizes
Thicker lines print better, we recommend a minimum line weight of 0.5pt and a minimum font size of 8pt.
- Add a 2mm bleed to your design; this ensures the background extends beyond the card edge.
- Submit designs with text or graphics as vector-based PDFs. Use tools like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign for sharp text. Avoid saving text as JPEG to prevent blurry edges.
- For designs with photos, ensure images are 300 dpi and save the final design as a PDF.
